Dear Guest:
We do want you to enjoy your stay at The Swan Motel so we would like to advise you that the City of Stratford will be undertaking the construction of storm water ponds on lands near the Swan Motel in 2010. The construction will begin on May 1 and extend until the end of the season, operating between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and some Saturdays.
During this period a stay at The Swan may prove to be a problem for some guests and for that we apologize. As always you can expect to be treated with our usual warm hospitality but we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any incovenience or noise related to the construction as it is beyond our control.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
We are a small property and we do not overbook our rooms. Your room is guaranteed and as a consequence we must pursue a strict cancellation policy.
To confirm your reservation, we ask you to either send a Cheque for one night's stay or we can process a deposit via your VISA or MASTERCARD. All cancellations are subject to a $15.00 administrative charge.
Minimum stays may be required during certain periods.
On reservations cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival date, deposits will be refunded.
On reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date, deposits will be refunded only upon re-sale of the room.
Check-In Times:
To ensure the highest level of service for our guests, the following times are firm:
- Check-In: After 1:00 P.M.
- Check-Out: By 10:30 A.M.
