Your hosts, Peter and Colleen Pola, welcome you to The Swan Motel, a business owned by the Pola family for over 40 years. The Pola residence is located on the Motel property and they are sure to give you a friendly greeting upon your arrival and to be available for any assistance you might require during your visit.

Peter was born and raised in Stratford and grew up in the business. An avid gardener, taking care of the beautiful gardens at The Swan Motel – with the help of his wife Colleen – is truly a labour of love.

Peter and Colleen love to travel and are avid recreational scuba divers. Both enjoy fine food and wine and the opportunity to explore new restaurants, eagerly sharing their recommendations with their guests. Colleen loves the theatre and tries to attend every show each season at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival. Peter enjoys golf in his spare time.

Peter and Colleen are both past Presidents of the Stratford and Area Hotel Motel Association and continue to serve on various committees of the Stratford Tourism Alliance. Each year the Polas lend their support to the Stratford Shakespeare Festival and the local arts community.
